ELOG-IT
allows the user to create email templates with merged Encompass fields
in both the subject and body of the email.
Emails can also include automatic Document Tracking. The Document
Tracking items added to the templates will automatically create the
document Tracking items and add the Ordered Date.
Elog-it will sent e-Folder or any type of documents along with the
emails.
Emails can be sent to one or more of the available email addresses
in the loan file. After the user selects recipients they can choose from
a list of templates and select up to three recipients to be
alerted. Then, when the Email has been sent, Elog-it will create a
conversation log in the Encompass loan file and save a copy of the email
with the merged data. When an email is returned, Elog-it will
automatically create a new conversation log and the body of the email
will be saved into a new conversation log. Also, if there is
are attachments, they will be automatically
added to the e-folder.
